I bought this as a conditional gift to my 3-year-old to play on nickjr, but only if she stays in bed all night for 5 consecutive days. Has not so far, so that allowed me to use this netbook a decent amount. I must say I am impressed thusfar. I added 2 GB memory upgrade, I put MS Office on it, I bought the matching Toshiba external DVD and run anti-virus software on it. Exactly how I treat my VAIO laptop, and so far has worked perfectly without any contingencies ot slow. It 'so light and easy to carry around, and the battery lasts a long time, even after watching 2 DVDs. Walking Toshiba site and download the new audio driver, which increases the volume a little. The speakers are not great, but it is safe enough to watch a movie or listening to music in a tranquil environment. I'm beginning to hope my daughter continues to come in our bed at night, so I can continue to use this netbook!
