Acer Aspire One AOD250-1538 10.1 inch Atom N270 1.60GHz/ 1GB/ 160GB/ XPH Netbook Computer (Sapphire blue)
Awesome little workhorse of a netbook and still going strong after 15 months of daily use. The light weight and small size is great for taking it everywhere I go. When I need more display room for my work, it’s a snap to connect the Aspire One to a large size monitor using the VGA port. Quiet fan and cool running, long lasting battery. Keep the temp files and reg clean and it will continue to run as fast as the first day it booted up. The price has dropped and I’ll be buying more Aspire Ones for my home network.
This is the best netbook for the price today.

We bought this netbook for our 12 year old daughters birthday for her to do homework, email and internet on. It is such a great little machine that I am now buying one for myself. It is as speedy and smooth as my ,000 laptop!!
Very happy with this netbook after 2 months. Hope I will be able to install windows 7 when it is released. Love the weight and size. Highly recommend Acer company, I now have 3 of their computers, and no trouble with them.
The Aspire is a real surprise !
It can do much more than I expected ! My wife loves it - I got it for her to replace her Sony ! I was hesitant at first but after she tried it there was no way to get it away from her! I have a “happy cook” again !
” I bought this laptop because I was looking for something small and not to pricey. The only negative thing I have to say about it is the size of the monitor screen. They have so much stuff displayed on the screen that you can’t remove, that it makes the actual viewing area smaller than the 8.9 inches you think you have. Over all this little computer works great for me. My husband would never be able to use something this small but for me, it works great. Oh and the webcam works great! My husband is deployed overseas and we Skype a lot, the webcam is very clear and sharp! “
