I have three weeks netbook research and settled on the Samsung N120. Boy. I'm glad I chose this. It is wonderful in almost every aspect, but especially for the keyboard, which feels like a notebook. My computer guru stepson was shot too. (At the end I had to take from him.) Do not, this is the one.

I was a die-hard Mac person, let. My iBook hard drive died unexpectedly and suddenly and I was in trouble finding a computer I could start using quickly and easily. I also had to find a computer that was accessible in a short time (in other words, I have not had time to save money for a new Mac notebook, nor did I want to take a loan). A friend recommended 2 or 3 different brands, which is one. After doing some research I decided on the Netbook. I'm so happy! I never thought I'd "cross-over" on the PC-side, but I - even though I informed my die-hard Mac with the family … ssshhhhh

There are many different types of wireless antennas and one of the least used is the Wi-Fi-directional antenna. It will be used for the inclusion of a wireless signal down a corridor or creating a point-to-point connection. Directional Wi-Fi antennas can be as a panel directional antenna or semi-directional like a Yagi antenna, and even as high as a grid-directional antenna.

This laptop is great. It’s so small it can fit in my purse! The keyboard is almost full (92%). My boyfriend has really big hands, so it’s a bit difficult for him to use, but I have no problems at all. The battery life is amazing. It really DOES last the 6 1/2 hours that it claims.

I had this computer for 30 days and then again. What are they looking for a fight to work properly. This computer is always on the lower resolution. That allows me to restore a higher resolution, perhaps 1 in 20 attempts. If you get the right settings, I create a restore point. If the settings back to low resolution, I will use the point that may or may not. To create the restore points. Disappearing Many times I had to restart the computer in Safe Mode. I am in safe mode, used 5 times in three weeks than in the past 15 years.

I fell into must have mode upon seeing this item in blue and knowing
MSI made a red casing I instantly questioned them via their site. Much to
my disappointment I got nowhere fast, after almost two hours on the phone
listening to a recording of “somebody will be with you shortly” I gave up on that route. Finally got somebody from MSI to respond almost instantly via email, again only disappointing me. He offered very little assistance in telling me what I wanted to hear, and was very generic in telling me that MSI did not customize.

Generally very happy with this purchase. Some small Quible (not unique to the brand or model):

- Glossy screen may be more a reflection of light
- Ports / sockets are all on the sides and can tap with an external mouse

After much research, I bought the Asus Eee PC 1000 netbook HE. I wanted a small laptop to use for travel, take notes in meetings, e-mail and research network. The Asus is marginal. The Asus is easy to travel with because of its size and the e-mail works great. However, the keyboard is too small to take notes accurately. To make matters worse, I bought the suite of Microsoft, which was loaded on netbooks. Now, every time I open Word, I get a message that I need to buy Microsoft's new suite. This interferes with my note at the beginning of the meeting.
